Two types of enhancements on offer :-

One is additions to what you would like to have, be that furniture, kitchen accessories, or electronic equipment. Maybe Ikea furniture that you pick from the catalogue, we deliver and assemble. Maybe a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, food processor, microwave etc. just ask and I will include it, and safety check it, and fix or replace it if anything were to go wrong.

On the electronic front that could include a flat screen TV, satellite reception, DVD player, or a complete Hi Fi system beyond your dreams, 5.1 surround sound, maybe even an ‘up-sampling’ player for virtual Hi Res playback of standard DVD discs a total AV experience. Broad band Internet connection, digital radio etc.

If I can’t find a way to do it then I will find someone who can!

Other services that will be offered, if required, weekly clean up or even a daily tidy up - make the bed, do the washing up etc. nothing is too much, just ask.

Maybe you would rather the ‘hotel’ experience and have absolutely everything supplied, just move in with a suitcase, oh and a cheque book.

The other is a completely different type of enhancement, more a long term aid to you actually buying your own place in time, I believe that we all rent for a time, until we feel more settled and want to buy, in the long term buying will always be the better route.
